About This Project

Stainsby Road and Cotall Street, London, E14

DESCRIPTION

Set between Bartlett Park and the Limehouse Cut, the scheme introduces two separate buildings each with 5, 6 and 10 storey components providing 150 new residential dwellings in a mix of tenures, a waterside activity centre, and a canal-side café. The scheme, in conjunction with the London Borough of Tower Hamlets regeneration of Bartlett Park, will enhance the appearance of the area and generate new activity on the canal.
