About This Project

St Paul’s Way, Poplar, London E3

DESCRIPTION

Leaside Planning Ltd is very proud of this mixed-use scheme, it regenerates a one hectare city block, removing two multi-storey, poorly performing residential buildings and a single storey community centre and will replace them with 109 new dwellings in a mix of tenures, a two-form entry primary school and nursery, a new community hall and a new two storey purpose built mosque. The scheme will also introduce a new pocket park for local residents.
