About This Project

‘William Cotton Place, St Paul’s Way, Poplar, London E14

DESCRIPTION

Originally a scaffolding yard, William Cotton Place is now a mixed use scheme comprising two residential towers accommodating 34 rented and shared ownership homes on top of a three storey commercial block. The lower three floors are occupied by the St Paul’s Way Trust School’s Specialised Medicine Pathway research laboratories supported by the Wellcome Trust, and the Prince’s Trust Morgan Stanley Centre outreach programme. The development is a landmark scheme of the St Paul’s Way Transformation Project, which continues to promote the comprehensive regeneration of one of the most deprived areas in Tower Hamlets.
